Enquiry privacy notice

This notice explains how Motor Rental Management uses information submitted through the Lindom demo enquiry form.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, optional fleet size and message so we can respond to your enquiry and arrange a relevant demonstration. Please do not submit identity documents, customer records or banking information through this form.

Who can access the enquiry

Enquiries are saved privately and sent to our designated contact, Ockie at ockie@sileo.co.za. Authorised staff and hosting service providers may process them to operate the website and respond to you. We do not publish form submissions or add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Retention and your choices

Website enquiry records have a 90-day retention period and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Email correspondence and any later customer relationship may have separate retention needs. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry by emailing Ockie and quoting your receipt reference if available.

Website operation

This website serves its fonts and scripts locally and does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry service uses limited anti-abuse records, including a one-way hash of the connecting IP address, and a request identifier in this browser session and non-content hashes of request identifiers retained to prevent duplicate submissions. Hosting access logs may also record connection details.
